I like tasty beers, especially ales with a lot of hop aroma and bitterness like IPAs and some barleywines; Bavarian wheat beers and Belgian beers with yeast-induced spiciness; thick, rich German doppelbocks and Belgian dubbels and tripels; and other lagers and ales with body and character. I enjoy tasting other people's beers and brewing my own, in search of the "perfect pint."
